Homepage/Main Page:
The Homepage/Main Page consists of information regarding the Companion Site, along with a navigation bar. This navigation bar consists of several tabs including Home and Buy Now!, as well as the main assets of the website. Some of these assets have expandable sub-menus linking to subsections of that asset. Click on any level to view that portion of the asset.
Image Collection
When you hover over Image Collection, you will see a drop-down list that provides you with quick links to the Table of Contents. Select any item to view the associated content, as shown in the image below.
View Image
When you click the thumbnail image, a full-size image of the thumbnail will appear in a pop-up.
When you click the View Image button, a full-size image of the thumbnail will appear in a pop-up.
View PPT
When you click the View PPT button, a command box will appear in a pop-up, as shown below. You can then save or open the file by clicking on the appropriate button.
Buy Now!
When you click Buy Now!, you will be directed to the Elsevier online catalog where you can purchase this book and many other Elsevier titles.
